Fertility and IVF calculators

Every calculator in one place, free and with no sign-up. Results show instantly — we don't hide them behind a form. Each one explains what the number means, where the reference ranges come from, and what it cannot tell you.

Bring your numbers to someone who can see the rest

A calculator sees three or four figures. A specialist sees your history, your scans, your partner's results, and how you actually responded to treatment. If you're between cycles, changing clinics, or something in your results doesn't add up, a second opinion is the fastest way to find out whether anything would be done differently.

Free first consultation. No obligation to start treatment, and it doesn't affect your care at your current clinic.

These tools provide general information and are not a diagnosis or a substitute for assessment by a qualified clinician. Reference ranges and sources are stated on each calculator. Predictive estimates describe groups of people and cannot predict an individual outcome.

IVF due date

Your due date from transfer date and embryo age, plus where you are now.

Date calculationExact arithmetic on the dating convention named below. Scan dating by your clinic takes precedence.

daysEmbryo age at transfer÷daysDays since transfer=resultIVF due date (weeks pregnant)
In short

After IVF the conception date is known exactly, so the due date is calculated from the transfer and the age of the embryo — not from a last menstrual period.

Source — Due date is 280 days from the notional last menstrual period, which for IVF is taken as 14 days before conception. Gestational age therefore equals 14 days plus the embryo age at transfer plus days elapsed. Scan dating by your clinic overrides any calculation.

Reference ranges awaiting clinical sign-off

The bands on this page are drawn from published sources but have not yet been reviewed by our medical team, and some vary by laboratory or assay. Check against the reference range printed on your own report.

Questions this usually raises

Why 14 days added?

Pregnancy is dated from the last menstrual period, about 14 days before ovulation. Because IVF fixes the conception date exactly, 14 days are added to keep the dating on the standard scale used everywhere in maternity care.

Does a day-3 transfer give a different date than a day-5?

Yes, by two days. The embryo age at transfer is part of the calculation, which is why this tool asks for it.

Or ask someone
  • A free first consultation covers this properly, with your actual results rather than an estimate
  • Both partners assessed together — male factor is involved in roughly half of cases

Clinic scan dating always overrides a calculated date. Nothing here is a diagnosis or a substitute for assessment by a clinician.
