We call from a normal number and never mention fertility treatment to anyone but you. Please don't send medical history or test results here — we'll collect anything clinical securely at your appointment.

Your first consultation is freeA full conversation with a specialist about your situation and your options. No obligation to book anything afterwards.
Costs in writing, before you decideItemised — cycle fee, medication, laboratory work, and what happens if a cycle is cancelled. No surprises on the bill.
We'll tell you if you don't need IVFNot everyone who walks in needs it. Sometimes the answer is testing, timing, or a simpler treatment, and we'd rather say so.

What we treat

Fertility is rarely one problem with one answer. We start by finding out what's actually going on, for both partners, before recommending anything.

Fertility assessment

Hormone profile, ovarian reserve, tubal assessment, and a full semen analysis. The starting point for almost everyone, and often the end of it.

Usually 1–2 visits
IVF and ICSI

Stimulation, retrieval, fertilisation, and transfer, with monitoring throughout. ICSI where sperm parameters or previous fertilisation history call for it.

One cycle, 4–6 weeks
IUI

A simpler, lower-cost option that suits some couples — particularly with unexplained infertility or mild male factor. We'll tell you if it's a realistic route for you.

Timed to your cycle
Egg and embryo freezing

For treatment now or planning ahead. We'll be straight with you about likely yield at your age and what freezing does and doesn't guarantee.

Per retrieval cycle
Donor programmes

Donor eggs and donor sperm through registered ART banks, with counselling included. Donors are anonymous under the ART Act.

Counselling included
Male fertility

Semen analysis, hormone testing, varicocele assessment, and surgical sperm retrieval where needed. Assessed properly, not as an afterthought.

How it starts

No treatment is recommended before we know what we're treating.

01A free first consultation

Forty-five minutes with a specialist. Your history, what you've already tried, and what the realistic options are. Bring your partner if you can.

02Assessment for both of you

Tests for both partners, because roughly half of cases involve male factor. Results explained in person, not sent as a PDF you have to decode.

03A plan, and a written cost

What we'd recommend and why, alternatives if there are any, and itemised costs before you commit. Take it away and think about it.

Common questions

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. It covers your history, an initial discussion of options, and what assessment would tell us. Tests and treatment are charged, and you'll have those costs in writing before anything is booked.

Do I need a referral?

No. You can book directly. If you're already under another clinic you're welcome to come for a second opinion, and it doesn't affect your care there.

Bring your cycle notes and embryology reports if you have them — the detailed reports, not just a summary letter.

Should my partner come too?

Ideally yes, from the first appointment. Male factor is solely responsible in around a fifth of couples and contributes in a further third, so assessing both partners at the same time is standard practice rather than an escalation.

If that isn't possible, come anyway and we'll arrange his assessment separately.

What will treatment cost?

It depends on what you actually need, which is why we won't quote a figure before assessing you. What we will do is give you an itemised written cost before you commit — cycle fee, medication, laboratory work, freezing and storage, and what happens to the fee if a cycle is cancelled before retrieval.

That last item is the one most often left out of a quote, and it's the one that catches people.

Will you tell me if IVF isn't the right option?

Yes. Not everyone who comes to a fertility clinic needs IVF — sometimes the answer is further testing, treating an underlying condition, timing, or a simpler procedure like IUI.

We'd rather tell you that than sell you a cycle you didn't need.

How private is this?

We call from an ordinary number and don't mention fertility treatment to anyone other than you. If you'd rather we only ever email, choose "Email only" on the form and nobody will call.

Your details are used to arrange your care and nothing else. We don't sell data and we don't pass it to advertisers.
